Loans

Everyone needs a loan sometime and NWS Federal Credit Union has traditionally been the best place to get a loan. Our interest rates are usually comparable to, or lower than, those offered by other financial institutions. Since at NWS Federal Credit Union we consider one's character as well as collateral, it is often easier to get a loan from us.

Share Drafts

NWS Federal Credit Union checking accounts are called Share Draft Accounts. They're similar to the checking accounts available elsewhere.

Payroll Deductions

NWS Federal Credit Union offers members the opportunity to have loan payments and savings deposits deducted regularly from their paychecks.

Direct Deposit

NWS Federal Credit Union members can have their paychecks, Social Security, federal retirement and other types of checks or dividends sent directly to their credit union account. With direct deposit, your money starts earning interest immediately. Direct deposit is a great convenience: no standing in line on payday; no lost check; no chance of forgetting to deposit checks and no hassle in bad weather.

Visa Gift Card

We have recently started selling VISA GIFT CARDS. You have to visit the credit union at any of our three locations to get the Visa Gift Card.

Some things to keep in mind:

Cards are activated within 24 Hours of the date of purchase.

You can personalize your card on the Internet at www.onlinecardaccess.com/bigiftcard
Members call customer service for lost/stolen cards, for activation, and account information.
Online access allows members to update cardholder/gift receiver info and view transactions.
These cards can be used anywhere except for at the ATM, The gas pumps, hotels, and car rentals.
