The certificate must be renewed until the advance is completely paid. Failure to renew will result in default under the plan. When the Certificate is renewed the APR will change to reflect the new dividend rate. Any increase in the APR will result in more payments of the same amount until what you owe had been repaid. COLLECTION COSTS
You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under the agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees no in excess of 25% of the outstanding balance.

LATE FEES
If the loan payment is late by more than 10 days, you will be charged 2% of the interest due, or a minimum of $5.00, whichever is greater.
